In order for our office to receive electronic results, please go to LifeLabs for lab tests, and Hitek Imaging for X-rays/ultrasound.
Patients are encouraged to call our office 416-221-8612, Mondays to Fridays 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm (except holidays) to inquire about test results.
Most test results will arrive in our office 7 business days after being performed. If there are any abnormalities, we will contact you for a follow-up appointment. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, delays can happen and results do not arrive on time. If patients are concerned, curious, or still having symptoms, patients are encouraged to book an appointment to see family physician.
After your physician refers you to a specialist, please wait 2 weeks time for the specialist office to respond.
Our office or the specialist office may contact you directly regarding your specialist appointment. Please ensure that your address and phone number are updated with our office. Please regularly check your phone messages, mailbox and emails for any updates.

Patients are encouraged to bring ALL medication in original bottles for review and refill at each medical visit.
There is a $25.00 fee for each telephone/fax/website prescription refill request outside of a medical visit.
