Visiting A Walk-In Other Than Our Office

PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE 416-221-8612 OR SECURE MESSAGE TO SPEAK WITH YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR BEFORE VISITING A WALK-IN CLINIC OTHER THAN OUR OFFICE:

• your family doctor does not receive reports from the walk-in clinic to provide you with continuity of care
   

• you are at risk of losing important communication between yourself and your family doctor, continuity of care may not be optimal
   

• save yourself time: patients using walk-in clinics often book with their family doctor days later to confirm what was told to them by the walk-in clinic doctor
   

• your family doctor and other doctors in our office share the same medical record in order to provide you with Monday to Saturday medical care. If you have an urgent concern and are unable to book an appointment using the booking link, please send us a secure message or call our office so we can make arrangements for you. For emergencies, go to your nearest hospital.
